1. Who we are
tinyoops.com is operated by TinyOops, Gäddanlaakso 11, 65610 Mustasaari, Finland ("TinyOops", "we", "us"). These terms apply to every order placed on tinyoops.com. By placing an order you accept them.
2. Products and prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, import duties and shipping unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may correct pricing or description errors. If a price was obviously wrong when you ordered, we'll tell you before we ship and you can cancel for a full refund. Product images are for illustration; colours can vary slightly between screens.
3. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods and send the shipping confirmation. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment providers. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or a product is unavailable; in that case you are refunded in full.
4. Changes and cancellations
You can change the delivery address or cancel until the order is dispatched by emailing hello@tinyoops.com. After dispatch, the 90-day guarantee applies.
5. Shipping, duties and risk
Delivery times and costs are set out in Shipping & Delivery. Import duties and local taxes are your responsibility unless collected at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Guarantee and statutory rights
Our 90-day happy-floor guarantee is set out in Returns & Guarantee. It is in addition to your rights under the consumer laws of your state or country, including any right to a remedy for faulty goods, and doesn't limit them.
7. Claims
If a product is damaged, faulty or doesn't match its description, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We review claims within one business day and repair, replace or refund at no cost to you.
8. Using the product
TinyOops mats are absorbent protection and training mats for pets. They are not a medical device and don't replace veterinary care. Keep away from open flame and follow the washing instructions.
9. Intellectual property
The TinyOops name, logo, photographs and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information, and Your Privacy Choices lets you opt out of data sharing.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country or state where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts. We'll always try to resolve any issue directly first: email hello@tinyoops.com.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to that order. Last updated 29 August 2026.
