Where we ship from
Every order ships from our warehouse in Mustasaari, Finland. The delivery times below are counted from the day the parcel is dispatched, which is normally within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, Finnish time).

Every 3-mat and 6-mat bundle qualifies for free shipping. Free shipping eligibility is shown at checkout and depends on your order total after any discount codes.
Other countries
We also ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU and a number of other countries. Options, prices and delivery times are shown at checkout once you enter your address.
Tracking
We only use tracked shipping. You'll get a shipping notification by email with a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves. In some regions tracking updates can take up to 3 working days to appear, especially once your local postal service takes over for final delivery. You can also see every order under Track your order.
Delivery
Parcels are delivered to your door. If that isn't possible, the carrier leaves a notice or takes the parcel to a nearby pickup point and tells you where. Deliveries happen during the day, so a work address can be a good choice.
Changes and cancellations
Email hello@tinyoops.com as soon as possible. We can change the delivery address or cancel the order until it has been dispatched. After dispatch, use the 90-day guarantee instead.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
