United States
Sales tax. We don't currently collect US sales tax. The price you see is the price you pay to us.
Import duties. Our prices don't include US import duties. Since 29 August 2025 the United States no longer waives duties on low-value international parcels, so US Customs may assess a duty on your order. If it does, the carrier collects it from you before delivery, and may add a handling fee. The amount depends on the tariff in force on the day the parcel enters the country, so we can't quote an exact figure in advance.
If you decide not to accept the parcel because of a duty charge, contact us before refusing it. Once the parcel is back with us we refund the product price; the carrier's return charge is deducted.
European Union
Orders to EU countries ship from Finland, inside the EU. No customs, no duties, nothing to pay on delivery.
United Kingdom, Canada and other countries
Import duties and local VAT or GST may be charged before delivery and are not included in our prices. Whether they apply depends on your country's threshold and the value of your order.
Returns
If you return an order from outside the EU, the parcel should be marked "Returned goods" on the customs form. We'll tell you exactly what to write when we send your return label.
