Welcome to TinyOops! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to TinyOops. TinyOops operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). TinyOops is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
Our products are intended to be bought and set up by adults. Children should not handle or place the mats without adult supervision.
To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online stores or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide in our stores is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. However, slight variations in color, pattern placement, or appearance may occur due to device type, settings, and configuration, and between production batches of fabric.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product and to limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. TinyOops reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until TinyOops confirms acceptance and payment is processed.
If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy outlined in Section 6.
You represent that purchases are for personal or household use only.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import charges unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide accurate, complete purchase and payment information and authorize charges incurred at posted prices, including applicable taxes and fees.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders ship from our warehouse in Finland, normally within one business day. Delivery times shown at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page are estimates only. TinyOops is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon transfer to the carrier, except where consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
SECTION 6 – REFUND POLICY
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. If the mat isn't right for you, contact us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund, even if you've used it and washed it. We want you to actually try it.
There is no restocking fee, and you do not have to give us a reason. We just ask that everything that came in the box comes back, and that you cover the return shipping cost. Original shipping costs are not refunded. If you ordered a 3-mat or 6-mat bundle, return the whole order for a full refund, or return any unopened mats for a partial refund on those.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at care@tinyoops.com. We will replace it or refund it, and you will not pay return shipping on an item that arrived faulty.
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we told you your refund was approved and it still hasn't arrived, please contact us at care@tinyoops.com.
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Contact us at care@tinyoops.com to get started.
Subscriptions and pre-orders, if offered, are covered by our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
SECTION 7 – INTENDED USE AND PET SAFETY
TinyOops mats are washable absorbent pads for household use with pets. They are not medical or veterinary products, they are not treatments for incontinence or any other condition, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
If your dog has started leaking, straining, drinking more than usual, or having accidents after being reliably house trained, please see a veterinarian. Incontinence and frequent accidents can be signs of a urinary tract infection, bladder stones, kidney disease, or other conditions that need diagnosis and treatment. Our mats manage the mess while your vet treats the cause; they are not a substitute for veterinary care.
Supervise your pet with the mat, especially at first. Dogs that chew, shred, or swallow fabric should not be left alone with a mat. If any part of a mat is swallowed, contact your veterinarian immediately.
Check the skin of pets who lie on a soiled mat for long periods and change or wash the mat regularly. Urine left against skin can cause irritation.

SECTION 8 – PROPER USE AND CARE
TinyOops products must be used and washed in accordance with the care instructions provided with your order. Do not use bleach or fabric softener, as these damage the absorbent layers and the waterproof backing. Do not use the mats as bedding for a pet that chews fabric, on hot surfaces, or for any purpose other than the one described on the product page.
TinyOops is not responsible for injury or damage resulting from improper use, modification, or failure to follow the care and usage guidelines, including damage to flooring where a mat has been used contrary to instructions.
SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Services content is owned by TinyOops, its affiliates, or licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws.
TinyOops names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of TinyOops or its licensors. Shopify trademarks remain the property of Shopify.
SECTION 10 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
Third-party tools are provided "as is" without warranties. Use is at your own risk.
SECTION 11 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for third-party content or websites accessed through the Services.
SECTION 12 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
TinyOops is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with TinyOops. Shopify bears no responsibility for transactions between you and TinyOops. You expressly release Shopify from related claims.
SECTION 13 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify's Privacy Policy. Information may be processed in other countries as required to provide the Services.
SECTION 14 – FEEDBACK
You grant TinyOops a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted Feedback. We are under no obligation to compensate or respond.
SECTION 15 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders at any time without prior notice.
SECTION 16 – PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful activities. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
SECTION 17 – TERMINATION
We may terminate access at any time. Obligations incurred prior to termination remain enforceable.
SECTION 18 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except as expressly stated by TinyOops. TinyOops makes no warranty that its products will prevent every accident, protect every surface, or achieve any specific result.
SECTION 19 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TinyOops, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damage to floors, carpets, furniture or bedding, harm to a pet, loss of income, or veterinary or cleaning expenses arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
SECTION 20 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TinyOops, Shopify, and their affiliates against claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
SECTION 21 – SEVERABILITY
Invalid provisions will be severed without affecting enforceability of remaining Terms.
SECTION 22 – WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TinyOops.
SECTION 23 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign these Terms without consent. TinyOops may assign freely.
SECTION 24 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws and courts of the jurisdiction where TinyOops is headquartered. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence, including the right of consumers in the EU to bring proceedings in their local courts.
