The 90-day happy-floor guarantee

Use it, wash it, live with it. If the mat doesn't suit you within 90 days of delivery, send it back in whatever condition it's in and we refund the whole order, including any shipping you paid. No forms, no questions about why.

How to return

  1. Email hello@tinyoops.com with your order number (it starts with #).
  2. Within one business day we send you a prepaid return label and instructions for your country. Return postage is on us in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the EU.
  3. Pack the mat, attach the label, drop the parcel off with the carrier and keep the receipt.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong bundle? Exchange once, free, within the first 90 days. The replacement ships within one business day of your email, and postage is on us both ways.

When you get your refund

International returns take time to travel: allow up to 3 weeks for the parcel to reach us. We refund the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving it. Depending on your bank, it then shows on your statement within 5 to 10 business days. We'll email you at each step.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Sometimes things go wrong. If your order arrives damaged, has a fault, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We review claims within one business day and send a replacement or a refund straight away. You don't need to return the item unless we ask.

Returning a gift

Ask the person who ordered for the order number and the email address they used, then follow the steps above. Refunds always go back to the original payment method.

Other countries

Outside the US, Canada, the UK and the EU you pay the return postage and we refund the full product price. Mark the parcel "Returned goods" on the customs form so no duties are charged on the way back.

Statutory rights

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer laws of your state or country. It doesn't limit them.
