Payment methods
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The methods you see at checkout depend on your device and location.
All prices are in US dollars and your card is charged in USD when you place the order. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate.
Security
Checkout runs on Shopify's PCI DSS Level 1 certified platform. Card details are entered on Shopify's secure servers and are never stored by TinyOops. The whole session is encrypted.
Order confirmation
You'll get an order confirmation by email within minutes, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link when the parcel leaves. If they don't arrive, check your spam folder, then email hello@tinyoops.com.
Verification
Occasionally we ask for extra verification before shipping an unusually large order. It protects you and us, and we'll always email first.
Prices and discount codes
Discount codes are entered at checkout and can't be added after the order is placed. If a price on the site is obviously wrong when you order, we'll tell you before we ship and you can cancel for a full refund.
