How much can one mat hold?
About a quart (1 litre): several accidents before it needs a wash. The surface feels dry within seconds, so nothing gets tracked across the floor.
How do I wash it, and how often?
Normal warm cycle (105°F / 40°C) with your towels, no fabric softener, no bleach. Tumble low or hang to dry. Most homes wash twice a week. Wash it once before first use.
How many mats do I need?
Two is the practical minimum: one down, one clean. Three or more if you want the hallway, the crate and the car covered at once, which is why most people take the 3 + 3 bundle.
How fast will my order arrive?
We dispatch within 1 business day from Finland. US deliveries typically take 7 to 14 days after dispatch and are always tracked. See Shipping & Delivery.
Will I have to pay import duties?
Possibly. Our prices don't include US import duties, and the US no longer waives duties on low-value parcels. If Customs assesses a duty, the carrier collects it before delivery. Details under Taxes & Duties.
Where is my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or open Track your order. Tracking can take up to 3 working days to update once the parcel is in the US postal network.
What if it doesn't suit us?
Send it back within 90 days, washed, used, whatever state it's in, and we refund the whole order. Return postage is on us in the US. See Returns & Guarantee.
Is it safe for a dog that licks everything?
There's no fragrance, no gel crystals and no coating that can flake off, just textile layers. Wash once before first use and it's ready.
